This Delivery Policy applies exclusively to merchandise purchased through the SA Golf Online website (https://sagolfonline.co.za) ("the Online Store"). It is designed to give you clear expectations when ordering from us. If you have any questions after reading this policy, please contact us:

1. Courier and Delivery Method
1.Β Β Β Β All online orders are delivered by The Courier Guy. By placing an order, you agree to The Courier Guy's terms and conditions, available at www.thecourierguy.co.za.
2.Β Β Β Β We reserve the right to use an alternative courier where circumstances require, including for outlying or remote delivery areas. You will be notified if this applies to your order.
3.Β Β Β Β Deliveries are made to physical addresses within the borders of the Republic of South Africa only. We do not deliver to PO Boxes or postal addresses.
4.Β Β Β Β International delivery is not available through our Online Store. For international enquiries, contact us directly at info@sagolfonline.co.za.
2. Delivery Costs
5.Β Β Β Β Delivery costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order value.
6.Β Β Β Β Free delivery applies to orders over R1,000.00. Please note that certain remote or outlying areas may be excluded from this offer you will be notified at checkout if your area is excluded.
7.Β Β Β Β Orders under R1,000.00 will incur a flat delivery fee of R150.00.
8.Β Β Β Β Delivery costs are subject to change without prior notice.
3. Delivery Times
9.Β Β Β Β Deliveries are made Monday to Friday, between 08:00 and 17:00, excluding public holidays.
10.Β Under normal circumstances, orders are delivered within 1 to 7 business days from receipt of cleared payment, depending on your location.
11.Β Delivery times are estimates only. Whilst we endeavour to meet these timeframes, delays may occur due to stock availability, courier capacity, or other unforeseen circumstances.
12.Β If your order will take longer than 7 business days, we will notify you as soon as this becomes apparent.
13.Β Deliveries to outlying or remote areas may take longer than the standard timeframe stated above.
4. Order Confirmation and Tracking
14.Β Once your order has been successfully placed and payment received, you will receive an order confirmation email containing a unique order number. You can use this order number to track the status of your order by logging in to your account at https://sagolfonline.co.za.
15.Β Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a dispatch notification email containing your waybill number. You can use this waybill number to track your delivery directly with The Courier Guy at www.thecourierguy.co.za
16.Β If you have not received a confirmation email within 24 hours of placing your order, please contact us at info@sagolfonline.co.za before re-submitting your order, as duplicate submissions may result in duplicate charges.
5. Changing Your Delivery Address
17.Β Once an order has been placed and confirmed, any changes to your delivery address must be submitted in writing to info@sagolfonline.co.za as soon as possible.
18.Β Whilst we will make every effort to update your delivery details before dispatch, SA Golf Online will not be held liable for any delivery made to the address originally stated on your order if a change request was not processed in time.
19.Β We cannot guarantee that address changes can be accommodated once an order has been dispatched.
6. Receipt of Delivery
20.Β The person receiving the parcel will be asked by the courier to sign the waybill, confirming that the parcel has been received undamaged and in good condition.
21.Β SA Golf Online shall not be held liable if the goods are signed for by an unauthorised person at the specified delivery address.
22.Β By signing the waybill, the receiver confirms that all goods were received in good order. Any claims for damage or missing items made after the waybill has been signed without notation will be more difficult to process.
7. Damaged or Tampered Parcels
23.Β All parcels are carefully packed and sealed before dispatch. Upon receipt, please inspect the packaging before signing the waybill.
24.Β If your parcel arrives damaged or the security seal appears to have been tampered with:
a.Β Β Β Β Check the contents of the parcel in the presence of the courier driver before signing.
b.Β Β Β Β Note any damage, missing items, or breakages directly on the courier's waybill (delivery documentation). Both you and the courier driver must co-sign against this notation.
c.Β Β Β Β If you choose to accept a damaged parcel, ensure the damage is recorded and co-signed on the waybill. This serves as evidence for any subsequent claim.
d.Β Β Β Β Alternatively, you may refuse delivery of the damaged parcel. Note your reasons on the waybill, co-sign with the driver, and the parcel will be returned to us.
e.Β Β Β Β Contact us as soon as possible at info@sagolfonline.co.za or 081 579 9982 to report the incident.
25.Β SA Golf Online will not accept liability for damaged or missing goods where the waybill has been signed without any notation of damage.
8. Remote and Outlying Areas
26.Β For delivery addresses in remote or outlying areas, we reserve the right to:
β’Β Β Β Β Β Β Use an alternative courier or delivery method.
β’Β Β Β Β Β Β Apply an additional delivery surcharge, which will be communicated to you before dispatch.
β’Β Β Β Β Β Β Cancel the order and issue a full refund if delivery to your area is not feasible.
27.Β We will contact you before taking any of the above steps.
9. Non-Delivery
28.Β If you have not received your order within 4 business days of your dispatch notification, please contact us at info@sagolfonline.co.za or 081 579 9982 so we can investigate with the courier.
29.Β SA Golf Online is not liable for non-delivery or delay caused by:
β’Β Β Β Β Β Β Incorrect or incomplete delivery details provided by you.
β’Β Β Β Β Β Β Failure to receive the delivery at the specified address.
β’Β Β Β Β Β Β Circumstances beyond our reasonable control (force majeure), including natural disasters, strikes, or courier disruptions.
10. Returns and Damaged Goods
30.Β For information on returning items purchased online, please refer to our Returns Policy available at https://sagolfonline.co.za.
31.Β If you receive an incorrect or defective item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@sagolfonline.co.za with your order number and a description (and photographs, where possible) of the issue.
11. General
32.Β SA Golf Online reserves the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or terminate accounts at our discretion.
33.Β This Delivery Policy forms part of our Terms and Conditions of Use, which are available in full at https://sagolfonline.co.za.
34.Β We reserve the right to amend this Delivery Policy at any time. The updated policy will take effect upon publication on our website.
