Refunds & Returns Policy – SA Golf Online

We want every customer to feel confident when shopping with us. If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to make it right.

10-Day Play Guarantee (Pre-Owned Equipment)

All pre-owned golf equipment purchased from SA Golf Online comes with a 10-day trial period.

• The 10 days start from the date you receive or collect your item.
• You are welcome to use and test the equipment during this time.
• If it doesn’t meet your expectations, you can return it within the 10 days for store credit.

Please note:

• Items must be returned in the same condition they were sold in.
• Any additional wear or damage may result in a handling/restocking fee.

How to Return an Item

To start a return, simply contact us:

Once approved:

• You may courier the item back (at your own cost), or
• Drop it off at 1 Fairway Avenue, Linksfield North, Johannesburg, 2192 free of charge

New Product Returns

For brand-new items:

• Products must be unused, sealed, and in original packaging

Within 10 days of purchase:

• Eligible for a full refund

If used:

• The item will no longer be considered new
• Returns may still be accepted at our discretion, but a minimum 25% fee may apply

Apparel Returns

Clothing can be returned within 10 days for store credit, provided that:

• It has not been worn or washed
• All tags and packaging are still intact

Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries

If you receive a product that is faulty or not what you ordered, please let us know within 7 days.

We will resolve this by either:

• Sending the correct replacement (subject to availability),
• Issuing store credit, or
• Processing a full refund

Free or Promotional Items

If your order included a free gift or promotional product, it must be returned together with your order.

• If not returned, the value may be deducted from any refund or credit issued

Late Returns

Unfortunately, items returned after 10 days will not qualify for a refund or store credit.

However, you may still have the option to:

• Trade in or sell your item through our trade-in offering
