Return Policy

• To be eligible for a return, the product must be in resellable condition and in its original packaging.
• Return requests must be submitted within 20 days of purchase.
• All returns will be processed via courier services, and the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.
• SA Golf Online is not responsible if an unauthorized individual accepts the parcel at the customer’s chosen delivery address.
• Refunds will be processed via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) and should be completed within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned product.
